We recently returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. From our early check-in to our check out - everything was wonderful. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful and absolutely delicious. We were club level and took advantage of the evening treats and drinks and enjoyed everything. But the highest praise goes to a concierge team member, Specio (forgive my spelling) - she was instrumental in assisting me when I left a pair of pearl earrings at the gold souk. She went out of her way to assist me in getting my earring back - thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
